Shipping

We are pleased to offer a minimal Shipping Fee of $5 per order within the Contiguous United States. If you are in need of shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the United States, feel free to contact us.

Exceptions

Due to the size of Dog Beds, a $15 fee is added for each bed purchase.

Exchanges & Returns

If you decide it is not right for you, or not meeting your expectations or we sent the wrong item, contact us to make it right.

we are happy to exchange or return it for a full refund, minus shipping cost.

While we don't offer direct exchanges, you can simply return your new item for a refund and place an order for a new one.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it. 

We ask you request a return within 30 days of original ship date for a full refund, minus shipping charges.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise.

You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax.

We do not accept returns after 30 days.

Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs.
